Discover the rich, high-performance formulation of Black Gesso by GOLDEN, meticulously crafted for professional artists seeking to elevate their creative projects. This 8 fl. oz. jar contains a versatile black gesso that serves as an essential primer, designed to provide an opaque, durable surface that enhances your oil and acrylic paintings while ensuring flexibility. Whether you are preparing canvases, wood panels, or any other substrates, Black Gesso offers a semi-absorbent finish that promotes excellent adhesion for all types of art media.

With a unique blend of highly pigmented materials, this gesso assures exceptional coverage and a toothy texture that artists love. Composed and created with care, GOLDEN Gesso allows for easy layering and prevents oil from penetrating the surface with a recommended minimum of three coats for oil painting applications. Experience the difference as this liquid foundation transforms your artistry today!
