The Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”

Non-Personal Information is information that cannot be used to identify you personally, such as anonymous usage data, IP addresses, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, cursor movement, preferences you submit, and preferences generated based on the data you submit and the number of clicks.

Information collected via technology

Other than your name and email address, you do not need to submit any Personal Information to activate the Service. You do not need to submit any additional Personal Information to continue using the Service. However, in order to improve the Service's quality, we track and collect Non-Personal Information provided to us by your browser or our software application when you view or use the Service. When you access the Service via a mobile device, we may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, your mobile device's IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information, and other statistics.

By registering with the Service, entering your email address, and creating a password, you can build a profile. Personal Information

You grant GiftPals a nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to combine all GiftPals members' User-Provided Content to create anonymous, aggregate data with no individual identification exposed for the purpose of exposing trends, popular items, and other metadata, whether now known or hereafter devised.

International Transfer

Your data, including Personal Information, may be transferred to – and stored on — systems located outside of your state, province, nation, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection regulations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are situated outside the United States and want to give us information, please be aware that the information, including Personal Information, is transferred to and processed in the United States. Your agreement to that transfer is represented by your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information.

Members of GiftPals have the right to request that any and all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) associated with their account be deleted. When an account is erased, GiftPals permanently deletes any PII related to the account.

Third-Party Partners

When GiftPals members sign up for our service, we share member data with partners who assist us in fulfilling the member's service commitment. The major service with which we share PII is with our specialized email platforms that operate under our supervision. These partners do not resell your personal information.
