Our cups are made by Mexican artisans who fuse both traditional and modern methods to create beautiful and functional ceramic pieces. STREET FAIR FUN Cantaritos de barro cups are traditional small clay cups that are staples of street fairs in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Their clay material is perfect for maintaining a cocktail’s cold temperature. Our Cantaritos Cocktail Kit includes 2 red clay cups, citrus hand juicer, paper straws, and chili salt. HANDLE WITH CARE Clay cantaritos cups are traditionally meant to be refilled during the night at street fairs, but are usually treated as disposable. We have finished our cups with a special glaze to reinforce them. With proper care the cups can last for some time, but are easily breakable and not dishwasher-safe.
