Made from all Natural Clay Material. Eurita clay roasters contain no Lead, Cadmium, or fillers. European/USA tested for safety. Unglazed lid is soaked before use. During cooking process the water evaporates to create a blanket of steam. Lid is crafted to allow some steam to escape therefore the lid is not tightly fitted.
