warranty	We warranty the lifetime of the mirror and frame for 5 years from defects resulting from normal environmental wear and tear, not including damage resulting from human-caused scratching, chipping, etc. We warranty electrical components (led, power regulator) for 2 years after purchase. We warranty surface blemishes, chips or breakage on the mirror and frame for 10 days after receiving the products, or before the products are installed, whichever comes first. It is very easy to scratch, mar, break or chip the mirrors once they are removed from the protective packaging. If damage is observed on opening the mirror box, please keep all packing materials and do not install the mirror. We will request photos of the box and defect/damage in order to file a shipping claim. All warranty claims will be handled by shipping a replacement for the defective component, not the entire product.
