This compact, fanless, and silent firewall is designed for both home and professional use, ensuring that your valuable data remains protected in a seamless manner. Equipped with an Intel Quad Core Kaby Lake R i5-8250U processor, this mini PC operates effectively at 1.6GHz with turbo boost capabilities up to 3.4GHz, providing robust performance through its 6MB Smart Cache and Intel AES-NI hardware support. Its versatility does not end there – the Vault FW6D offers excellent connectivity with 6 Intel Gigabit Ethernet NIC ports, 4 USB 3.0 ports, 1 RJ-45 COM port, and an HDMI output, making it an integral part of any secure network setup.

This barebones unit prioritizes customizability, allowing users to tailor their desired configuration by adding RAM and storage as per their requirements. Please note, however, that not all memory is compatible; we advise researching "Vault Hardware Compatibility" before your purchase to ensure optimal performance. The Protectli Vault is compatible with popular open-source firewall solutions including pfSense, Untangle, and OPNsense, making it an ideal choice for those who want to take control of their networking.
