Studio Setup - Outpost Pottery

You don't have to lay down tons of cash to get a SIMPLE STUDIO SETUP. I recommend start with a good budget wheel, a stool, a bag of clay, a bucket, some throwing tools and a shelf where you can see your (and your progress). It is possible to get setup and a good 6 months of practice and repetition on the wheel for $200-300. I recommend you wait to buy a kiln until you feel like you have some solid work that you're proud of (and your sure you enjoy it). Kilns are the most expensive part of the pottery studio and you can enjoy learning to throw without one. ENJOY!
