Black and White Balloon Garland DIY!

Shop everything you need here to create a stunning #balloongarland for your next event! Use the #ballooninflator to easily fill #balloons in a variety of sizes. Tie the fishing line to the back of a chair to anchor it in place. Stretch the line out to the desired length, then add a few feet to account for installing etc and cut off. Tie sewing needle to the end of the fishing line and begin attaching balloons by pulling the needle and line through the balloon tails. Use push pins to install. Fill in gaps by hot gluing balloons in place. Embellish with florals, greenery or tuck lights inside!
