The “best” category has few, if any, problematic ingredients. It’s also the shortest category. These cat foods make the cut because they have more quality, whole food ingredients, no additives, low mycotoxin risk, and are meat-based. Some of them also contain organic meat and vegetables. All legumes here are organic in order to avoid high levels of glyphosate contamination. We’ve also avoided crops that are linked to mycotoxins.
