First Period Kit

Quick and easy list to put together a first period kit. I have some recs here, but my general advice is to talk openly about all of their options and also provide access. Buy a box of tampons, pads, a cup, cloth pads, etc. ⭐ Even if they aren't ready to use one or more of the items right away, they may be more open to trying it if it's already available and they can do so without needing to ask for it. ⭐ You def don't have to continue using these brands. I chose these based on a balance between sizing, quality, and being a small quantity to try out at reasonable prices.
