I love love love love love pasta. My mom is Italian and 90% of my meals growing up were pasta dishes. You can literally put ANYTHING in pasta. For me, I've never had to cut it out of my diet. It's something that I've never had to completely curt out. However, I realize that everyone's body is diff diff. How each and every one of us reacts to certain foods is never going to be the same. Personally, I always prefer to make my sauces from scratch! Below, I've provided healthier alternatives to make a plate of pasta that's just as satisfying and delicious but a little healthier!
