All of us can relate to the continues circle of our daily lives; always trying to catch up to the flurry of moments that create our day to day. Too often our overly-full schedules can create a sense of "lack of time"... leading most of us to pick up rather unhealthy snack items to keep us going throughout the day. Our best defense to this is to be prepared with snacks that are more nutrient dense, still delicious, but that are adding sustenance to keep us feeling our best! This is a list of my favorite- healthier- snack options :)
