In a large bowl mix- two tablespoons of epsom salt, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 32 oz of water. Soak your foot until the tissue around the nail has become soft. Next use the tools to pry up the edge and put a large bandaid underneath the edge of the nail. Next mix one part of Vick's Vapor Rub and one part Polysporin. Coat the edge of the nail bed with the mixture and cover with another bandaid.
