We designed Move Strong Now to require as little equipment as possible. If you have a gym membership, you'll be covered. But if you'll be training at home, you will need something to hang from. You can use monkey bars at your nearest park, a pair of wooden or plastic gymnastic rings, a doorway pullup bar or a squat rack... FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS We recommend a pair of gymnastic rings and an exercise rubberband. OPTIONAL You will also have the option to add in equipment to make training more convenient or to step up the intensity.
