I do not claim to be an expert in black hair. However, I am lucky
to have incredible black women who are a part of the village and
educate me where I am lacking and support the children of color who
may be placed with us. This list was put together with
considerations from our family friend and hair stylist Burgandie
(@Burgandie_Roshjai) and our previous foster daughter who we refer
to as "Miss A" (@StylesByMissA) . These products are a good
starting point while you locate a local black hair stylist who can
better support you on a one on one basis.
