I recommend you get some kind of Pill Organizer. Get one that has 7 days, and at least 4 time slots. Set up your 1st week of C0V1D supplements and RX's into your Pill Box, so, when The "c" strikes you are READY!! You can also set up your Elderly Family members so they are ready. There are more pricey options for Elder Care Management, that may help you manage your loved ones care, or your own, more easily. Some even have remote APPS so you can manage meds from afar No need to be alone, and trying to figure it all out 'when' you are sick. Solve it in advance.
