You have to try puffy paint to outline designs, it is beautiful and magical, and the neon colors stand out so well on the black! Just remember, all puffy paints are not created equal, and you have to let it dry very well before sealing with a sealant. Cerne relief dimensional paint is another fav for creating small 3D dots to finish a picture or lettering off.
