Sauna Hats (which ones and why even use a sauna hat)

In the old 30 for 30 sauna challenge videos on YouTube, I'd often wear a sauna hat after 30 days of consecutive sauna sessions. I added these to the sauna accessories list, but some folks are not seeing them. Women particularly can use sauna hats to prevent their hair from drying out, and also from the heat destroying color, treatments, drying out extensions, etc... Also some folks can tolerate higher heat in general when using a sauna hat, and swear by them... it's tradition in some European sauna cultures.
