Health is Super important to me!!!!! Bones, skins, hair, teeth, all of these benefit with these daily supplements!! I made notes next to each! Every Night I take Magnesium, B Complex, Vit D, Saffron, Mood probiotic, hyaluronic acid, and methyl-B. Every morning I have collagen in my coffee and most mornings the prebiotic fiber as well.
