This is how I fly to competitions comfortably. I DO NOT travel
well, and to improve my odds of a good performance, I've tried to
turn flying into a "sanctuary" where I can rest and relax. The list
includes implements to kick back, get some sleep, boost the immune
system, and guard against germs!
