The “MUST HAVE” list for completing Moves App Workouts: 1. DUMBBELLS (Weight selections will depend on fitness level, but 5-25 lb is a great range) 2. Elevated Surface- Bench, Chair, Cooler, Padded Jump Box, Adjustable risers are great. Just SOMETHING sturdy to step up on 3. BANDS- A. I recommend a mini leg band set for intensifying leg days and accessory work B. Longer Bands- with handles or loops for replicating cable machines at the gym (door anchor might be helpful)
